Caracol is a bilingual artist who walks her own path. Born to an Uruguayan father and a Swiss mother, the Montreal-based songwriter/producer received several prizes and nominations over the course of her career: GENIE, JUNO, FELIX, CANADIAN INDIE AWARDS, MIROIR, GAMIQ, etc. The talented multi-instrumentalist has toured extensively in North America and Europe, both as a headliner and as support for Half Moon Run, Beacon (Ghostly), Toro y Moi, Serena Ryder, The Bangles and more.

She has built a strong presence online, thanks to her viral live-looping videos. Her upcoming multi-lingual album (her 6th - fall 2024 ) redefines her sonic signature thanks to collaborations with producers Pops & Poolboy (Clay & Friends), Quiet Mike (Fouki) and Seb Ruban. Filled with eclectic pop gems embroidered with rich vocal arrangements, the record is infused with reggae & world flavours, representing her multi-cultural background and wide musical experiences. A unique blend of beats, organic instruments, and the artist’s signature vocals. The 1st single Lie For You already has +200 000 streams.

Caracol is also active on the publishing scene, writing and producing songs for other artists (The Voice, Star Academy, Canada's Got Talent) and producing music for film and TV. Her single “Flooded Field feat. Illa J” was recently featured in Dickinson on Apple TV. Her most recent French album Tout est différent generated +500 000 streams and reached Top 30 on Quebec’s radio.
