Erin Carroll (they/them) has worked within the music industry for almost 10 years in a variety of roles, with experience in marketing, PR, and management. Currently, Erin is the manager of Publicity Services at Cadence Music Group / Fontana North. They have managed several press campaigns for artists including Lido Pimienta, Sam Roberts Band, Trans Trenderz (Canada), Martha Wainwright, Brittany Howard (Canada), Black Pumas(Canada) and many more. Outside of Cadence, they co-manage singer/songwriter T. Thomason. Passionate about music and queer artists/industry visibility, they co-founded and chair the first-ever Canadian Music Industry LGBTQ2S+ advisory committee PRISM supported by MusicOntario. The committee, comprised of artists and music industry community leaders to develop opportunities, safer spaces, and visibility for LGBTQ2S+ voices in Ontario’s music biz.
