I am a human-centred leadership expert, author, certified professional coach, strategic advisor and successful entrepreneur. For 30 years, I have been a multi-disciplinary artist, musician, and songwriter. I am a fierce environmentalist, mother, recovering corporate animal, meditator, ardent roamer of paths, and lifelong learner. I spend my time cultivating curiosity, creativity and reflective mindsets. I am also a mental health and substance use health advocate. I am passionate about changing the world of work and making a difference through gender equity and human centred practices.
