Distinguished by Maverick Magazine as a "A Lady of Conviction”, Sinclair's writing was described by Say Magazine as, "intelligent". Sinclair writes to tap on the hearts of the established ethos to transform old ways of thinking into new possibilities. A Singer-songwriter for over two decades Sinclair has released six albums and performed on stages spanning the U.S, Australia and the United Kingdom.  Her 2021 release, Ghost Bones, was nominated for a Canadian Folk Music Award. This album struck a cord with Canadian listeners immediately upon its release, propelling Ghost Bones to #1 on the Canadian National Folk, Roots and Blues Chart, Top 100 Albums of 2021 list on the CKUA Radio Network, and Top 10 placements on numerous independent, and indigenous radio stations across Canada. Her latest album Kiyam, released in 2024, mixes ancient wisdom with contemporary rhythms. Two singles off of Kiyam were nominated for a American Indigenous Music Award. One for Best Songwriter, the other for Best Music Video.
