Erica Charles is a freelance artist manager from London, ON, Canada. A graduate of the Music Industry Arts program at Fanshawe College, Erica is passionate about artist development and outreach in the Canadian music scene.

Erica is currently representing clients in both London, ON and Vancouver, BC, and also proudly serves as the Programs Coordinator at Canada's Music Incubator in Toronto. She is a vocalist of over twenty years, and holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Toronto, and an Honours BA from Brock University.
