Nathalie (Nat) Kleinschmit brings to the table 25 years of experience in international business. After earning her MBA in Change & Innovation, she traded in her business suit for a pair of jeans and work with artists.

She founded Prairie Mix to focus on strategic planning and export development for artists and organizations. She manages artists Kelly Bado and Carsie Blanton.

She was the ED of the 100NONS, Manitoba's Francophone music organization from Oct 2015 to Mar 2017. In 2019, she stepped in as Interim Executive Director of the WCMA (BreakOut West). She’s been on the Boards of both PWAC (Professional Writers Association of Canada) and ANIM (Alliance nationale de l’industrie musicale)

In 2020, she launched MyArtist.Life, with online webinars, inspiration & online community for artists & their teams. Nathalie believes in #changingtheworldonesongatatime and commits her energy and pragmatism to this ideal, as an artist advocate, coach and friend.
