From an early age, Amanda recognized that her abilities and passion for music would make her well-suited for a role in entertainment. She melded the two into an impactful career in the Canadian music industry.

In 2015, Amanda came on as Development Manager with The Unison Fund, Canada's Music Industry Charity, and from 2018 through 2025, was Executive Director, offering decades of experience and extensive knowledge of event management, sponsorship, marketing, promotions, and industry relations. Previously, Amanda worked with the Canadian Country Music Association, Gibson Guitar Canada, CARAS/The JUNO Awards, EMI Music Canada, World Vision Canada, and Canadian Music Week, and served on the Board of Directors for the Country Music Association of Ontario, as well as the YWCA of St. Catharines.
