Alicja (Ala) is a passionate arts manager, music marketing professional and an artist herself. Alicja gained her experience working in marketing and administrative roles at Lula Music & Arts Centre, The Royal Conservatory of Music, Hot Docs Festival, Canada's Ballet Jörgen, Small World Music and Global Toronto, and now The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall. She is a founding member and singer of Polky - a group that mixes an upbeat style of Eastern European music with uniquely Canadian, multicultural flavour. Ala is also a Professor of Marketing and Promotion at Seneca College's Independent Music Production Program.
