Hey there, I'm Alyssa, and I'm all about making things click in the world of live events. As a Ticketing Operations Coordinator at MLSE, I handle everything from setting up events to making sure tickets are ready to go for some of the biggest shows in the city. My work focuses on keeping the gears turning smoothly behind the scenes, so fans can focus on enjoying the event.

Before joining MLSE, I got my hands dirty across different parts of the live music and events industry, from sound engineering to full-on event operations. I’ve contributed to festivals like Indie Week, Elevate Tech, and NXNE, where I took on roles from event planner and music programmer to web developer and graphic designer.

Outside of work, you can find me at a show, catching a cheesy horror flick, or tearing it up on the roller derby track. For me, making things happen isn’t just a job—it’s my passion, whether I'm pulling off a seamless event or catching some derby action, I’m all about keeping it real.
