Charae Degrow (she/her), also known as Rae, is the heart behind "Rhythm with Rae" — a space built for music creators who crave more than just industry success. Her mission is to empower artists by offering personalized support that honors both their creative process and mental well-being. With a background in psychology, live sound, and performance, Charae blends lived experience with practical tools, guiding artists to grow in ways that feel grounded, real, and entirely their own.

With roots in Alberta and now based in Ontario, she has performed at venues in cities including Ottawa, Hamilton, Calgary, and Edmonton. Rae currently works in live sound and production at both the Algonquin College Theatre and The Bronson Centre in Ottawa, where she’s gaining hands-on experience in audio and performance support. She also manages Brazilian-Canadian artist Monique Messier and is passionate about building inclusive, empowering environments for music creators.

She’s not here to push perfection—she’s here to help people show up fully, build strong foundations, and create from a place of truth. Through artist-centered coaching, community conversations, and her own performances, she holds space for vulnerability, growth, and the power of doing things differently.
