She Said Feck Records is a management and record label located in Fredericton, NB, established in 2018. SSF is currently representing 4 acts on a full time basis; southern blues quintet The Tortoise the Hare & the Millionaire, doom rock four piece HEAT $HEETS, pop punk quartet SOUND DROWN and four piece stoner metal Diner Drugs. SSF also retains several musicians on specific project based contracts for album and video releases, grant writing, royalty collection, social media support, and public relations/communication support.
Owner/Operator Kate Butler has a background in media studies/journalism (St. Thomas BA ‘06) and communications (Royal Roads MA ‘16) and over the past 7 years has been heavily involved in the local music scene including BOD positions and work/ project facilitations alongside The Cap, Shivering Songs Festival, FestForward, Flourish Festival. Butler has worked with such musicians as The Hypochondriacs, Penny Blacks, Janowskii, and Go Homeboy!.
