Sr. Director of Film & TV Synchronization at Universal Music Canada. Jen works to place Universal recording artists' music into TV, film, commercials and video games.

After starting her career as an intern for Hip Hop/R&B label BeatFactory Records in 1999, she later became manager of Artist Development at BMG Music Canada where she spent six years in the A&R department working with Hip Hop and R&B artists such as Rascalz, Ghetto Concept, jacksoul, In Essence, Shawn Desman, Keshia Chanté and Wyclef Jean as well as the Canadian Idol franchise.

From 2006 to 2009 Jen worked for ole Music Publishing in Los Angeles and was the founder of ole's annual Pop/Urban songwriting camps in Toronto & LA that were profiled in Billboard Magazine. The songcamps included such up and coming producers/writers as Boi 1da, Dee Tenn, Frank Ocean, The Runners, Kuya, Shep Soloman, Steven Lee Olsen, Tebey, Maddscientist, Mike City, Tone Mason and many more.

Upon her return to Toronto in 2009 she helped manage the careers of artists Keshia Chanté (Host of BET's 106 & Park/ET Canada), DRU, Massari, Shiloh, songwriters jacksoul and Alex Greggs as well as actor/speaker Jesse Jones (Host of Bachelor in Paradise Canada Season 1)

Jen was the Chair of the JUNO Awards R&B/Soul committee from 2014-2021 and spearheaded the creation of the two new distinct and separate categories of “Contemporary R&B” and “Traditional R&B/Soul” that was announced by CARAS in 2020.
