Cat LeBlanc is a New Brunswick singer/songwriter/composer/musician whose compositions are extremely personal in their lyrical imagery. She plays classical, acoustic and, electric guitar, piano, and other instruments.She has collaborated with New Brunswick and international music artists.

Cat has a body of original songs, and music compositions to her credit and has also done music for film and commercials. She received an artsnb scholarship and additional grants to develop her songwriting, composing and arranging as well as a grant from the province of NB to do her first music album. Cat received a scholarship to do a music residency at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in January 2018, followed by a music artist residency with Gallery ARC in July. Her most recent residency was in Italy. Cat received a Canada Council for the Arts grant to do a major music project as well as a grant from artsnb for another music project, followed by an artsnb infrastructure grant to upgrade her music studio
