Caroline Murphy is the co-founder of Halifax-based artist services company, SoundBox Music. Originally from Ireland, Caroline has a BA in Irish Music & Dance from the University of Limerick and an MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from University College Dublin. Caroline has an extensive background in Celtic music and went on to manage Irish traditional music group De Danann which was one of the most influential bands in traditional Irish music history. From there, Caroline started her live event career as a production coordinator for festivals such as the Volvo Ocean Race and Electric Picnic and has worked at various festivals around the world as stage and site manager.

Since starting SoundBox Music in 2019, Caroline specializes in tour and project management, label services and artist development.
