I have a deep background of 30 years in the cultural industries (film/TV and music). I've worked in every element of the music industry and was a senior executive at FACTOR. I have a law degree (non-practising), and I am a Canadian Certified Inclusion Practitioner (CCIP). I am the recipient of the 2019 Brian Chater Industry Award, given by the Canadian Independent Music Association (CIMA) in recognition of a transformative commitment to Canadian music, and I'm the founder of the Alliance for Equity in the Music Industry, advocating and developing championship for systemic change in Canada’s music industry. I offer business development coaching for artists, companies and NPOs, as well as strategic planning for equity and inclusion.
