Erika Misasi is the founder and principal lawyer of Misasi Legal (www.misasilegal.ca). Misasi Legal serves and supports artists, content creators, athletes, businesses and organizations across Ontario, and is founded through hands-on experience in the arts, business and technology. Erika’s hands-on experience in the industry, gained through her education in the arts, including dance, theatre and music, prior to receiving her Juris Doctor, continues through her focus on Entertainment Law and industry involvement.

Erika currently practices Entertainment, Sports, Intellectual Property and Business Law, with a focus on the intersection between the arts, sports and technology. Erika provides various contracting services and advice for artists, musicians, producers, brands, creatives and industry adjacent organizations throughout all stages of growth. She assists clients with navigating contract negotiations and provides them with the tools to manage their legal and business needs.

Erika is licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario as a member of the Law Society of Ontario and holds The Osgoode Certificate in Entertainment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She holds membership with the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
