With a career spanning over 15 years, Ryan has continually demonstrated expertise in artist development that has resulted in breaking artists domestically and internationally, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing high-profile artists' careers.

As the Director of Marketing & Communications at Anthem Entertainment, Ryan spearheads the company's corporate marketing, communications, brand identity and partnership activities.

Prior to her current role, Ryan held the position of Marketing Manager at Universal Music, where she managed a diverse roster of artists, from developing to top-tier acts such as Billie Eilish, Greta Van Fleet, and Karol G.

Before her tenure at Universal, Ryan served as an Artist Manager for Juno Award Winning artists Lights and Arkells.
