    Premium WIMC members are eligible to apply as mentees in any and all cohorts (2-3/year).

  • Mentors

    Professionals from across the country are invited to apply. Currently, WIMC membership is not required for mentors, but we encourage you to join and enjoy all the perks!

  • Take a short quiz so we can learn more about you

  • Get matched with the best possible mentor for your goals

  • Schedule meetings with your mentor between during your cohort timeframe

  • Get paired with a mentee whose goals match your skillset

  • Easily schedule virtual meetups. No strict cadence or time requirements. (3 Cohorts from February - December, 2025)
