Esra Firatli (she/her) is a Toronto-based General Manager at ArtHaus Music, overseeing all aspects of label operations. Prior to joining ArtHaus, Esra worked as Label Manager at Pheromone Recordings and Sleepless Records. With over a decade of experience working at independent record labels, Esra has held roles related to marketing, project management, album administration, grant funding, as well as touring logistics.

Esra has served as a JUNO judge for multiple years and was actively involved on the 2019 JUNO Awards’ Advisory Committee and the Screening Committee for Songwriter of the Year. She has participated in panels/workshops on a multitude of North American festivals and conferences.
