Women in Music Canada and Mundial Montreal will present an industry and artist mission to Tallinn Music Week in Tallinn, Estonia, April 9 to 12, 2026.

This call is for Canadian industry delegates (including self managed artists providing you are a registered company). 

The event will include:

  • A market access workshop training delegates about the intricacies and opportunities of the Baltic market and primary markets of industry engaging with TMW including Finland, Germany and UK. 
  • Business to business meetings for Canadian industry to meet with International industry.
  • A networking mixer event presenting all participating Canadians.
  • Participation with the Tallinn Music Week conference and festival (Delegate pass provided).
  • A showcase of six Canadian artists, presented with partners Mundial Montreal and Estonian Music Week (Artists to be announced)

 

Tallinn Music Week 2026 – 165 artists from 35 countries

The international new music festival Tallinn Music Week (TMW) is ready for the 18th edition, which takes place in the capital of Estonia on the 9rd– 12th of April. The line-up showcases 165 artists from 35 countries from all over Europe, North and South America, East Asia, Africa, Australia and Oceania.

The Tallinn Music Week Conference addresses music-related topics from practical workshops and seminars to inspiring pop-culturology talks and cross-sectoral future visions. 

Tallinn Music week Festival is a multi-genre festival of unique talent across Europe and beyond with diverse genres from experimental electronica to classical in the best venues and clubs of Tallinn. Attended by 20,000 festival-goers and 1,000 industry professionals, TMW is the key networking event for musicians and music industry professionals of the Nordic-Baltic region and across Europe, with a track record for helping emerging acts break into the international scene.

WIMC and Mundial Montreal value diversity, equity, and inclusion and welcomes and invites female and gender-diverse folks from diverse backgrounds to apply.
 
PENDING funding confirmation by March 2026 from CanExport  – WIMC will provide cost reimbursement of 50% of travel and per diem costs (per diem to include accommodations, meals and incidentals) and ground transport for industry delegates. the remaining 50% must be covered by delegates using private funding. 
 
Deadline to apply is January 16, 2026.
Applicants will be notified of their acceptance throughout the intake process, or by January 30, 2026.
